Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Position Technology Inc ("we", "us", "our"), operating Position Technology at position999.com, collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information when you use our website or submit a service request.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email address and a securely hashed password when you register.
- Request data: your name, email, optional phone number, company / billing address and the service plans you selected (payment is made by bank transfer against an invoice after a consultant confirms your request; we do not collect card numbers online).
- Technical data: session identifiers used to keep your plan basket and login working between pages.
2. How we use your information
- To process your service request, prepare your quote and invoice, and deliver the services you selected.
- To provide consulting support, reporting and refund handling.
- To maintain your plan basket, account and request history.
- To send essential messages about your engagement (we do not send marketing without your consent).
3. How we store & protect it
Your data is stored on secured servers with restricted access. Passwords are hashed with strong one-way algorithms and are never stored in plain text. We retain request and engagement records as long as needed to provide service and meet legal obligations, and we delete or anonymise data that is no longer required. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember your plan basket as you browse. This cookie is essential for the site to function and does not track you across other websites. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but the basket and account features will not work correctly if you do.
5. Sharing with service providers
We share only the information necessary to run our services — for example with our bank to match your bank transfer to your invoice, or with the cloud and advertising platforms we manage on your behalf, under your instructions. These providers are contractually required to use your data solely to provide those services.
6. Your rights
You may at any time:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete — request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Object / withdraw consent — for any optional processing such as marketing.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@position999.com. We respond within 30 days.
